Three TV's, DVD, great stereo, computer with WiFi and internet, of course, and phone with unlimited national calling. Washer and dryer on the first level along with the garage and mud room/entrance.

The garage is heated and there are decks off both the living room and the kitchen, with a gas grill on the rear one.

Caye Caulker Belize - Minturn South! If you enjoy Minturn's laid back, unpretentious, and authentic vibe you will love Caye Caulker Belize. A small island just a short ferry ride from Belize City where there are no cars and the only mode of transport is bikes or golf carts. Originally it was a fishing village and over the years it has developed into a tourist destination with the primary feature being the 2nd largest reef system in the world just off its shores. The diving and snorkeling are spectacular. There is also excellent fishing,sailing and kite surfing opportunities. What we enjoy most those is hanging at the Split (local beach) sipping a cold Belikin and whiling away the day. Caye Caulker is what you dream small beach towns should be like. To top it off it is extremely affordable. We just finished building a 2 bedroom home plus loft that sleeps six. It has a 10ft x 40ft swimming pool and is located on a double lot.
