A beautiful 3 bedroom house located on the banks of The Eagle River in the Historic town of Minturn, only 5 miles to either Vail or Beaver Creek Resorts. 2 bedrooms have queen beds and the other has 2 bunk beds which allow the house to comfortably sleep 8. There are 2 full baths.
The well equipped kitchen includes a new stainless steel gas range with a
double oven. The sitting room features a large river rock fireplace and has glass French doors opening onto a deck overlooking the river. Just steps down from the deck is a 6 person Jacuzzi hot tub right on the rivers edge.
