Policies

Cancellation Policy:
Full refund less $25.00 per house if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival. All deposits and payments will be forfeited if cancelled within 30 days of arrival. High season and groups require notice of 60 days to cancel. Due to the small size of of our property, the limited number of houses, and the destination nature of our business it is necessary that we strictly enforce our cancellation policy. If there is a chance you might cancel within 30 days of arrival we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

Final Payment Policy:
All payments are due 30 days prior to arrival.

Deposits:
Reservations require a 50% deposit with a minimum deposit of one night at time of booking.

• Check–in time 4:00 - 7:30 p.m. - arrivals after 730 please call to make special arrangements. To check in please go straight to the house . On day of arrival Please call (970) 376-2167 with arrival time . If problems arise please call (970) 376-2167.

Minimum night stays

• April 1st to December 20th 3 nights

• December 21st to January 1st 7 nights

• January 2nd to March 31st 4 nights

Cleaning fee
All rentals less than 7 nights will be charged a $60 cleaning fee
